A quote started the way the job is
Start from a walk round the job, write it yourself or copy a past quote for the same kind of work. When there is a drawing, draft the quote from it or measure each line straight off the plan.

Your electrician, your plumber and anyone else on site scan the job’s QR code, sign in and take their photos. Nobody needs an account, and what they took stays on your job.
What is behind the wall, on the record
Photograph the footings, the first fix and the steel before they are covered. Each photo keeps its time and place on the job, so what went in can still be shown when someone asks.

Start from Arqor’s templates for the construction phase plan, RAMS, COSHH, permits and toolbox sheets, or keep your own. Arqor fills in the job’s copy, and you check it and sign it.
What the job has really cost
Your team clock in on the Arqor app, a receipt photographed on site is read onto the job, and the bills you upload are read into its costs. You can see what a job has cost before you invoice it.
CIS and the reverse charge on your invoices
Invoice a main contractor under CIS: the invoice shows the deduction and what is payable to you, states the domestic reverse charge where it applies, and carries their purchase order reference.

Is Trades or Contractors right for a builder?

Trades suits a builder whose own team does most of the work and who invoices the customer. Contractors adds subcontractors pricing your lines on a link, CIS on the subcontractors you pay, stage valuations, open-book jobs and a portal for the client. If you deduct CIS from anyone you pay, you need Contractors. You can change plan when you need to, and what you have recorded stays.

Can I price a small job by the day?

Yes. Add your day rate to the price book and put the number of days on the quote. The same quote can also hold a price per m² and a fixed price for a part of the job.

Do my electrician and plumber need a subscription?

Not to work on your site. They scan the job’s QR code with no account, and unlimited site users are included. A subcontracting business that wants to run its own quotes, invoices and records in Arqor takes its own subscription.

Do I pay more for a bigger crew?

No. Unlimited site users are included on every plan. Anyone working on your site scans the QR code and starts adding photos, with no account and no app. On Trades and Contractors you pay a licence for each person in the office who quotes, invoices or uses Arqor Smart Email. Site managers and foremen who do neither are free.

Is there an app?

Yes. The Arqor app is on the App Store and Google Play. Your own people sign in with an email link and Face ID, and see their day, clock in, take photos onto the plan, photograph receipts, sign RAMS and message the office. What they see depends on your plan. Anyone else on site needs no app and no account: they scan the QR code on the site board.

Does it work without signal?

Yes, in the Arqor app. Photos, notes and clocking in and out are held on the phone with no signal at all and go up when you are back in coverage, each at the time it happened.

What is Arti?

Arti is the help built into Arqor. Ask how to do something and Arti answers from Arqor’s own manual, with a link to the page it read. When the manual does not cover your question, Arti says so and sends it to our team, so you are never left with a guess. Owners and managers can also ask who owes them money or which quotes to chase, and the figures come from your own invoices and quotes.

Who owns my data?

You do. Each company’s data is kept separate, and the AI learns only from your own jobs, never from anyone else’s.

How does the early-adopter offer work?

The first 50 firms to join Arqor for Trades or Contractors before 31 March 2027 get 25% off their first year, paying monthly or yearly. Paying yearly is already cheaper than paying monthly, and the early-adopter discount comes off your first year on top of that. After that your price is fixed: until two years after you join if you pay monthly, or three years if you pay yearly. Early adopters also get priority on feature requests, onboarding and training.
