Arqor app: help and support

Who the app is for

The Arqor app is for people who work for a company that runs on Arqor: trades, subcontractors and site staff. Your company invites you, and there is nothing to buy in the app.

Signing in

Open the app and enter the email address your company invited. We email you a 6-digit code: type it in and you are in. There is no password.

No code? Look in your junk or spam folder, then ask for another. Signed in but cannot see your company’s jobs? Check you used the address your company invited; your office can tell you which one that is.

Getting help

Your office can help with your jobs and with what you can see in the app. For anything else, or if the app is not working, email support@arqor.io and we will reply within one working day. Tell us which company you work for, which phone you use and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Deleting your account

In the app, tap the gear at the top right (Profile & settings), then Delete my account at the bottom. Or email support@arqor.io from the address you sign in with. We confirm by email and delete your account within 7 days.

Photos and other records you made for your company belong to it, so they stay with it. What is deleted and what stays.
