1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site owner.
2. How we use cookies
Arqor uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — to understand how you use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We will never load non-essential cookies without your explicit permission.
3. Cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the site to work. They cannot be disabled.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Supabase authentication session | Session / 1 year |
| arqor_consent | Stores your cookie preferences | 6 months |
3.2 Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These cookies are only loaded after you click “Accept all” or enable analytics in your cookie preferences.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Maintains session state | 2 years |
3.3 Marketing cookies
With your consent, we use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These cookies are only loaded after you click “Accept all” or enable marketing in your cookie preferences.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Tracks visits across websites for ad targeting | 3 months |
| _fbc | Stores click identifiers from Facebook ads | 2 years |
3.4 Payment cookies
Stripe may set cookies when you interact with the payment form to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are essential to payment processing and governed by Stripe's own cookie policy.
4. Trade user local storage
Trade users who access the Service via QR code do not receive cookies. Instead, a session token is stored in the browser's localStorage to maintain their session during the working day. This is not a cookie but serves a similar function. It contains the trade user's name and trade type and can be cleared by the trade user at any time.
5. Changing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the Service.
6. More information
