Clarity in construction
Whether you design it, build it or fit it out, your drawings, photos, RAMS, quotes, tenders, invoices and CIS sit on the same job instead of seven apps. Unlimited site users included on every plan.
Which sounds like you?
Only need site photos on plans? SiteRecord is free. Or look around the demo first.
See it
The photos, the hours, the quote, the invoice and the supplier bills all belong to one job, so nothing gets typed twice and you can see what each job really made.
Take the photo and drop it on the drawing where the work is. Timestamped and GPS-tagged, so nobody argues about what was done.
Put the QR code on the site board. Anyone on site scans it and types their name: no app to download, no account, no login. Their photos land on your job, pinned to your plan.
One tap on the phone when they arrive. Timesheets build themselves, and you can see who’s on which site right now.
Start from Arqor’s starter templates, or use your own. Arqor fills the job’s RAMS pack in with the site address, dates and team. You check it and sign it.
Measure from the drawings, pull prices from your own price book, and let the AI draft the schedule. Arqor does the arithmetic. The AI never invents a price.
Turn the quote into an invoice, CIS worked out on your own invoices, sent from your name with the PDF attached.
Your email inside Arqor. Supplier invoices are read for you and land on the right job, so you know what each job really cost.

What a builder says
“For me, what puts Arqor ahead of competing systems is how closely it fits the way a building business works. It brings the office and site together, reduces repeated admin and helps you keep control as the business grows.”
Running a building company means juggling pricing, clients, multiple jobs and a mountain of paperwork. Arqor has saved me valuable time, especially when putting quotes together, and helped make the admin more manageable.
The pricing module is a real standout for me. Being able to build up materials, labour and plant costs, then apply my margin, makes quoting quicker and gives me a clearer understanding of the figures before I send a price to a client.
Having quotes, invoices, project information, site photos and cost tracking within one system is a huge advantage. Features such as invoicing directly from quotes, managing variations and tracking costs against the original price are built around what builders actually need.
For me, what puts Arqor ahead of competing systems is how closely it fits the way a building business works. It brings the office and site together, reduces repeated admin and helps you keep control as the business grows.
Less time on paperwork means more time managing jobs, looking after clients and moving the business forward. That’s where the real value is.

Smart help, never in charge
AI can read a drawing or a receipt in seconds. It also gets things wrong. So it is built to help you, and never to run your business for you.
Quotes, schedules, RAMS and replies arrive as drafts. You check them, change them and sign them off. It cannot send a quote, issue an invoice or bill anyone by itself.
Prices come from your own price book, and the sums are done by Arqor’s calculator, not guessed by the AI. You can check any figure and change it.
If it cannot read something, it says so and leaves the gap for you to fill.
AI makes mistakes, so a person signs off everything that matters.

Questions
One app for everyone on a UK construction job, whether they design it, build it or fit it out: drawings and site photos pinned to the plan, clock-in, RAMS, quotes and tenders, invoices, CIS and email, all on the same job. SiteRecord, the photos and plans part, is live and in daily use on UK sites.
No. Unlimited site users are included on every plan. Anyone working on your site scans the QR code and starts adding photos, with no account and no app. On Trades and Contractors you pay a licence for each person in the office who quotes, invoices or uses Arqor Smart Email. Site managers and foremen who do neither are free.
Yes, in the Arqor app. Photos, notes and clocking in and out are held on the phone with no signal at all and go up when you are back in coverage, each at the time it happened.
You do. Each company’s data is kept separate, and the AI learns only from your own jobs, never from anyone else’s.
